• BOOKINGS/PAYMENT

  • To secure your date, we require both a signed contract and a 20% nonrefundable deposit.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before bridal events and 2 days before non-bridal services.

  • No services will be rendered without full payment.

• ​CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations made within 3 months of the wedding date require full payment.

  • Deposits are nonrefundable under any circumstance.

  • We appreciate early communication if plans change.

• TIMING & LATE FEES

  • Our schedule is carefully structured to ensure every client is ready on time.

  • If services start late and/or run over due to the client, a fee of $100 per hour per artist will apply.

  • Our team deserves to be compensated for their time and professionalism.

• TRIALS

  • Trials are included in bridal packages and are required.

  • Trials are scheduled after booking to ensure priority for reserved clients.

  • We use your trial to fully customize and perfect your wedding day look.

  • Trials for friends and family must be booked for the same day as the bride.

• TRAVEL & EARLY START TIMES

  • ravel fees are calculated based on mileage from the assigned artist’s location to your prep site.

  • Overnight accommodations may be required if your start time is before 6:00 AM and your location is over 45 minutes away.

• CLIENT PREP

  • All clients are expected to follow our prep instructions for skin and hair.

  • Prep guidelines will be sent in advance and must be followed to ensure the best possible results and timely services.

• ARTIST CONDUCT & CLIENT EXPECTATIONS

  • Please provide a clean, well-lit space with access to an outlet and a table for our setup.

  • No distractions during glam (e.g., children in the glam space, frequent phone use).

  • Rudeness or verbal abuse will result in services being terminated without a refund, per our contract.

• MEDIA RELEASE

  • By booking with Radiance by Raj, you agree to allow us to use photos and videos of services for promotional and educational purposes (social media, website, portfolio, etc.).

  • Media featuring your glam will always be shared with respect and professionalism.
